I designed the full customer lifecycle emails for YardRx, creating a cohesive subscription update experience from first touch to ongoing support. This included the welcome flow, delivery and service notifications, billing updates, and error-state communications. Every message was crafted to feel clear, consistent, and reassuring, giving customers a seamless journey at every stage using the branding to ensure confidence for the customer.
