Keystart

UX/UI Design

Ace's Keystart service had been underutilized online. The original search led customers to the store locator, requiring a second search to find stores offering the service. I redesigned the interface to clearly communicate Keystart's benefits and streamline the process for searching and ordering new key fobs.

The project goals:

  1. Improved search functionality, making it easier for customers to find the correct key or key fob.
  2. Collaborated with developers to provide clear messaging when a key wasn't available at the warehouse and to call the store to see if they have it in stock.
  3. Redesigned the overall UI to improve clarity, usability, and visual hierarchy.
  4. Communicated all necessary criteria for ordering a new key fob, reducing confusion and errors.
